Choosing a block size
The mosaic averages the colors inside each square block. Small blocks keep a shape recognizable; large blocks make faces and text unreadable. For text and numbers, use blocks at least as large as the letters.
Light blur can sometimes be partly reversed, so for anything sensitive choose a strong mosaic. The photo is processed in your browser and the result is saved straight to your device.
